Probably not unless you could prove that they were directly negligent like by not providing enough well marked trolley bays or the design of the bays allowed trolleys to roll out. The centre can't possibly control lazy customers who leave their trolleys anywhere they want. The trolley collectors are employed by or contracted by the supermarkets so they would be your first point of contact but again you have to prove they did something that was obviously negligent like didnt ensure that trolleys were collected regularly or left them in a stupid spot while collecting them or actually pushed them into your car. |
