I have a question for our international friends, I need any and every country to respond

It seams that there is some confusion when poeple out side the USA are trying to call us here in the USA...

the USA has a country code that number is 1 however there is a number that each country has in order to get a line outside that country

If you are 100% sure what code you need to put in to get a line outside of your country to call the USA can you please post here...

Second question if I told you that our phone number for international customers is 1 240-780-5977 would you now how to call us with out any more information given?

Hi Steve,

I live in Ireland. To call you I put 00 in front of your country code which is 1 for USA. For me the number would be 001 240-780-5977. Another example, UK has country code 44. I would dial 0044 plus UK number. When a national number starts with a 0,you omit the 0.
