Herniated disk

I was told that I have a 2 millimeter herniated disk in my S1/S5. I also have pain in the middle of my back. I have been going to a chiropractor and he has helped it some. However he has me doing some light stretches and exercises and it seems that after I have done the stretches then I feel like my back is pulling. I am also having trouble with constipation and I have noticed the back pain is worse when I have not went to the bathroom for a few days.

Could you please help me. I have went to several different doctors with not a lot of help. I am so angry that I just can't seem to get better. I just want to be able to excercise again and have my life back. This has affected my job, and life so much.

Thank you,
Melissa

Re: Herniated disk

Hi Melissa

Step 1: Try the Lose The Back Pain System. It has a money back guarantee.

Step 2: When you get it, you must send in photos of yourself, as they ask for, in order that they can see where your problems are [ back pain is rarely caused by the back itself, but is a symptom of things gone wrong elsewhere ].

On the first morning, take an eight ounce glass of prune juice.

Increase the amount each day, until you have an almost diarrhea type of reaction, then back off the amount.

Old fashioned prune juice works naturally with the body.

You should also increase your fiber and water intake:

Split pea soup, bran flakes, peas, lentils etc.

Are you taking any medications ?

Go into the search box, and put my name in.

You'll find an article I wrote about going to the toilet and back pain.

You must be drinking at least a gallon jug of water a day.

Split it up into sips taken every ten minutes during the day.

You should be producing a strong urine stream every hour.

It should be clear [ unless you are taking certain medications, B- vitamins etc ].

You must NOT strain on the toilet.

Bend forward very gently when you are having a bowel movement [ puts less strain on the colon ].

NO Coca Cola or other carbonated drinks NO COFFEE until you get your stomach back to normal.

If you cannot go cold turkey, then you need to cut back on both as much as you can.

Let us know how you do.
