severe lumbar canal stenosis

Hi, can you please advise if you think it is safe for me to start your programme of exercises when I have severe high grade lumbar stenosis..the spinal canal is severely narrowed and compressed by an L4/5 osteoarthritis slip...just want to be sure that I arent risking further narrowing by exercises?? Many thanks!
