I'm thinking of going not sure though, I know the key to solving my back pain now, just got to stick to it, just need to be patient. Don't wanna go and end up buying something that is another waste of money....

Plus they better have seats there, can't walk for too long....LOL

Guys

If you can, I would strongly recommend that you go.

I visit any pain control exhibition that I can.

New gadgets for stretching and other things come out all the time.

There's always some rubbish there, but you will always find at least one thing that you have not seen before.

The other thing is that you will meet people and be able to discuss your case with them.

You can learn a lot by talking to others who have had back pain.

The exhibition in London is well organized and many different groups will be represented there.

I think the best thing about it would be meeting other folks and then discussing your situation with everyone, like Dave says

I'm the opposite Dan, I could walk all day, it's sitting which irritates my leg

Re: Back Pain Exhibition 4th-5th October - London

If you go, look out for a great little product called the "Backchamp".

It's designed for people with sacro-iliac joint problems and is very good.

It won't sort out all SI joint problems, but will allow you to "click" the joint back into place [ assuming it is out of place ] by just squeezing it with your knees.

Never assume you can't get rid of back pain until you've had your SI joints checked out.

There are many people out there who THINK they have back problems, but actually have SI joint problems.

SI joint problem pain can mimic back pain exactly.

Another reason why some people see doctors and therapists and stretch and stretch to no avail.

Some unfortunates like myself ended up with both lower back problems and SI joint problems.

Re: Back Pain Exhibition 4th-5th October - London

To be honest there isn't much of a problem with my back, it never aches, there's just a sense of weakness if I press down with my right leg, feels like there's movement with bones, fiction

It's my right leg which feels dead on the inside, although it's very slowly coming back to life

The Back Champ is a great device but as of late the dollar conversion has made it so expensive...

However now that the Pound has take a dump it may be worth looking in to...

We would like to carry it but as of now we can not get you the best prices...

Steve

p.S. I use it on 100% of my clients everyone every time...
