Hi all.

I moved to South Africa to start a martial arts academy, but having emigrated & invested everything I own into it, I was diagnosed with osteo-arthritus in the L2/3 3/4 4/5 just after the business opened.

Surgery hasn't helped, and for the last 2 months I've been clinging on to the hope of using Heal-n-Soothe to give me enough pain relief to save the business by allowing me to teach some classes while using pilates to strengthen the core. I'd much rather this than use/get addicted to drugs.

As H-n-S isn't delivered out here I used the opportunity to have the tablets delivered to a friend of mine who's visiting the US. He's now returned without them as they weren't delivered before he left.

My email to Jesse before ordering - unanswered.
My email to cust support to ask for a swift turnaround - unanswered.
The 'check your order status' shows no delivery information.

Yet I receive plenty of sales-type emails about these products regularly.

So, as a martial arts business owner with a bad back I'm struggling financially, especially considering the economic factors of working in Africa, but having had to save up for these pills, I'm now down on cash, and still not able to run my business.

Can anyone tell me whether it's possible to get a refund, or whether there's any way of getting my pills to me?

No worries Gary, We will attempt to ship the Heal n Soothe to you if it gets stopped, we will refund...

It does take about two weeks to get there so hang tight

Thanks Steven. If I could get a tracking number, that'd be great. Everything is on hold until I can get hold of these, and if they help I'll be recommending them to any martial artist in shouting distance.

What email address did you send your questions to?

Reason I ask is we have several people who do nothing all day but answer questions and help people so I'm assuming that we did not receive your emails.
