Pain Relief Questions.

I seem to get instant relief from drinking a starbucks coffee. I don't drink coffee normally but have noticed that this really helped me. Why?? I also have sciatica on my right side. Its caused from being a sales rep in a car or on a computer all day. I noticed when I go into a spasm on the right side if I stand straight up and raise right leg strait out
behind me and left leg straight on the ground. It relieves the pain almost instant..

Re: Pain Relief Questions.

Simple caffeine stimulates blood flow and everything feels better with more blood, which in turn brings more oxygen to the effected area, more blood brings more nutrients to the effected area and it allows more metabolic waist to be removed from the area...

That is why people that say they feel better after exercise say the same thing...

Heal n Soothe does the same thing, remover the physical obstructions in the circulatory system and more blood will flow every were everywhere, more nutrients everywhere and more metabolic waist is removed...

The LTBP system can be very effective in getting rid of sciatica.

You should try it.

When you are driving, take a glance down at your feet.

I can almost guarantee that the foot which is NOT on the gas pedal is turned off at an angle.

If the coffee helps, carry on with it. Better that than pills.

I sugest you go to a good local Physical Therapist.

Take the LTBP book with you.

Show him how your foot is when driving.

Re: Pain Relief Questions.

I am a Physical Therapist have not seen the program but have read some of the teases to buy the program. In non traumatic LBP, in the non hypermobile patient, flexibilty is THE cause. I have treated over 6000 patient with LBP with tremendous success. Rotations of the pelvic bones around the iliums are caused by short muscles taht attach to the pelvic girdle. Simply explained, Short hamstrings cause posterior rotations as does the quadratus Lumborum. Anterior rotations are caused by short quads and Psoas muscles. Piriformis also contribute but not specifically. Find an experienced manual therapist
