Builders at the Lake
I am new to the area and own a lot at the lake. I would like to build on it. Does anyone have any referrals for builders? |

Our home located at Cat's Paw Cove was built in 2004 by Voss Construction. I highly recommend them. They did a great job for us, came in on time and on budget. Real nice people to do business with. |

Please beware of a builder without a licernse on the lake. His name is Tim trent. He is unlicensed and ntakes forever to do a project. He is currently working over near Lakewood Landing on many homes but from what I have heard not good. |

Besides checking on the well, consider modular homes home is bought together at site one home in cuckoo's nest was done that way
