Vaccines/Cushings??
Hello! I don't actually know if these are related or not, but then .. we seldom know for SURE. Cissey, toy poodle, was fine & weighed about 9-10 #'s when we rescued her. She had knee surgery/vaccines all in one day (don't shoot, I didn't know better) and immediately began this out of control weight gain, rear end weakness, dark skin on mid-section, etc etc. It is hard for me to believe the two aren't related. Of course, nothing can be done about it now, but it might help others to even suspect it can happen!! I wish I could go back. - Joanna |
