I wish architects were generally more aware of the effect low flat ceilings and narrow corridors have on not only those of us who suffer from claustrophobia - but most other people as well - at least to some degree. Sure, it's a matter of finance as well, but paint colours could often be improved. (e.g. yellow walls and dark brown ceiling is not great if you want to make a corridor feel light and airy!) |
