Hello everyone. There seems to be a lot of keen cooks out there as i've seen you have your own allotment cookbook that some of you have added recipes to. I'm currently working on an ITV Production called 'Britain's Best Dish', it's a national cookery competition for amateur chefs (no proffessionals!)
We are looking for keen 'foodies' that enjoy cooking with their own produce, to come to our auditions in Newcastle on Saturday 26th April to pitch their signature dish to a panel of celebrity judges. The finalist will win £10,000!
