We discussed the possibility of advertising together as a group for discounted prices with the paper. Possibly quarterly. No one decided to do it. We need more info on pricing.
She offered to put speakers in the hallway so we have music downstairs. We all liked that idea.
She wanted us to be sure that the light stays on in the window with the red rug hanging. If it is out, check the switch in that room. If the bulb is burned out tell her and she will replace it.
Concerning cleaning of the hallways and stairs.
We agreed to let Peppe do it. We will pay $10.00 per month for that maintenance service.
Signs were discussed. We will have to purchase signs. She is going to talk to several different sign companies for quotes. She wants them all done by the same sign shop so they have a consistancy. They will be hung on the front of the building. I will get a copy of her drawing for you. There will also be a sign at the top of the stairs, where the black sun hangs. She is going to raise that sun to the top and suspend our signs down below the sun. It should look nice and be very noticable.
