I need clarification of upcoming events, dates, etc. so I can plan accordingly.
Founding Member Show--Friday, June 15 until ?
Will this interfere with First Friday in July or can it crossover? Who is scheduled for July First Friday?
Open House and Grand Opening--Friday June 22 - Sat, June 23
Art in the Alley at Jeannie's--Sat, July 7--Is this confirmed or still a go? Has anyone spoke with Jeannie lately?
Can we make a decision about the Hotel Floyd selections for our Artists Group suite of rooms? Can a third party be the "Chooser" of our art? If so, can we schedule it now so everyone has ample time to prepare? If we have them come to select in our gallery space, it will need to be before we have a guest artist in so as not to interupt their show. Possibly have it between the Founders show and the next scheduled show.
Any input would be greatly appreciated. This summer is extremely full of events and I would like to make sure I don't miss anything. |
