The Bait and tackle shop on the pier has everything you need to fish, poles, bait, tackle.

The answer to your question is Yes. there are 3 Fish cleaning stations on the pier with running water and cutting boards.
The other answer is NO, there IS NOT any charge for these facilities.

The Jax Beach Pier has no present plans to open 24hrs. Hours remain 6am - 10pm 7 days a week - Winter hours may change to Shorter hours

Usually the fish most frequently caught during the Cold months off the pier are Whiting. Usually Fishing picks up around March and April with Pompano, Black Drum, Trout, Sheepshead. And warmer water in May, June brings Kings and and Barracudas and Tarpon

Actually, There is no Specific time the dolphins are in the area but they do show up and as close as 25 yds or so from the pier.

The Front desk does not check your cooler but if an FWC officer asks to check your cooler I suggest you give him permission to although he does not require your OK to check it.
